Sun Pacific Energy was founded in 1956 as Tri-City Oil Co. by Jerry Eerkes. Craig Eerkes
purchased the company in 1981 and continued the growth in salaried and retail stores and
successful dealer owned locations. In 1999 we purchased the Northwind Group in Western
Washington, adding more than 40 dealers.
We offer a full range of ExxonMobil, Shell, and Sprit brands coupled with experienced lube,
convenience store, and car wash marketing.
The company has grown to an organization of over 250 people that continually strives to maintain an excellent reputation in the communities we serve. We are founded upon three simple principles of Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Honesty. Our success, therefore is based upon; (1) working together as an efficient team to provide a consistently friendly and positive atmosphere for our customers and fellow employees, (2) maintaining a safe and clean environment that provides quality products that are well merchandised at fair prices and (3) striving to be recognized as a leader because of our loyalty and integrity toward each other, our customers, our communities and our company.
